  What are the listing implications for a company filing for bankruptcy protection?
Identification Number 408
Listing Rules 5101, 5110(b) and IM-5101-1 provide that a company may be delisted in the event it files for bankruptcy protection. Should Nasdaq issue a delist letter following such a filing, the company may request a review of this determination before a Nasdaq Hearings Panel, in accordance with the Rule 5800 Series.
