The Nasdaq Listing Center is our online document portal, which supports the secure electronic submission of listing applications and forms. Our online process streamlines the preparation of applications and forms by pre-populating your form with much of the required information. Companies can also take advantage of this online portal to submit supplemental documentation. We even store completed forms and supporting documents so they will be readily accessible for future reference.

For your convenience, you can also view applications and forms in preview mode so you can gather all the information you need to complete a form without creating an account or logging in. Listing Applications

Furthering our efforts to go green and provide better service to our applicants, our listing process is all electronic. The Listing Application, Listing Agreement and Corporate Governance Certification may all be completed online through the Listing Center. We even allow users to upload supporting documentation and sign forms electronically. Since we are able to gather much of the information needed to verify compliance from publicly available sources, we are able to minimize the documentation you need to provide to Nasdaq.

Please keep in mind that while it generally takes four to six weeks to process a listing application, this time frame is variable and may be shortened considerably, if the company has no issues and responds quickly to Staff comments.

Notification Forms

To communicate with Nasdaq Staff regarding any of the following company actions, please follow the instructions below. To complete forms available electronically in the Listing Center, users must have a Listing Center Account. If you need to create a new account, please follow these instructions.
